How long is the delivery time?
It depends on the product, usually about 7–10 days. For urgent orders of 2–3 days we do our best to accommodate. Please tell us your desired deadline when you contact us.
What kind of products do you make?
Mainly industrial parts, including semiconductor and robot components.
Can you source materials not listed on the website?
Yes. Please get in touch and we will advise after discussing the details.
Do you accept small quantities (even one piece)?
We accept orders from a single piece. Please contact us.
How soon and how do we get a quote?
We aim to reply as soon as possible — usually the next day or within 3 days, by email.
Can you quote without a formal drawing?
Yes. Even a hand-drawn sketch or notes are fine; we will discuss and then quote.
Can you do additional machining on delivered parts?
Yes. Please contact us so we can propose a suitable approach.
