Responsibilities
- Read technical drawings; program and operate CNC machines (turning, milling).
- Set machining parameters and control part quality.
- Coordinate with production and QC to ensure schedule and standards.
- Propose process improvements and optimise productivity (Kaizen).
- Communicate technically with Japanese specialists (support provided).
Requirements
- College/University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Experience in machining/CNC; experience at a Japanese company is a plus.
- Able to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
- Careful, responsible, with a mindset for improvement and teamwork.
- Japanese or English is an advantage (not required).
